Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Apache Sands Service Center, Inc. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") concerning your access to and use of our website and services. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Services Description

Apache Sands Service Center, Inc. provides automotive repair and maintenance services including, but not limited to:

  • Mechanical repair and engine services
  • Preventive maintenance
  • Tire sales and service
  • Battery testing and replacement
  • Vehicle diagnostics
  • Air conditioning service
  • Towing services

Our services are available for cars, light trucks, and recreational vehicles (RVs). We reserve the right to refuse service for any vehicle that we determine is beyond our capability to service safely or properly.

Service Estimates and Pricing

Estimates

We provide estimates upon request. Estimates are based on our assessment of the vehicle and the anticipated work required. Actual costs may vary if additional problems are discovered during service. We will contact you for approval before performing any work that exceeds the original estimate by more than 10%.

Pricing

All pricing is communicated before work begins. Prices include labor and parts unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change without notice for future services, but any price changes will not affect services already quoted or in progress.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash. We reserve the right to require a deposit for large repairs or special-ordered parts.

Warranties and Guarantees

Workmanship Warranty

We warranty our labor for a period of 12 months or 12,000 miles, whichever comes first, from the date of service. This warranty covers defects in workmanship and does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or failure to maintain the vehicle properly.

Parts Warranty

Parts are warranted according to the manufacturer's warranty terms. We will assist you in processing warranty claims for defective parts, but the manufacturer's terms govern parts warranties.

Warranty Limitations

Warranties are void if:

  • Repairs are performed by anyone other than Apache Sands Service Center, Inc.
  • The vehicle is used in a manner inconsistent with its design or manufacturer recommendations
  • The vehicle is involved in an accident or incident that affects the repaired components
  • Normal maintenance is not performed as recommended

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apache Sands Service Center, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

In no event shall our aggregate liability exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Disclaimer of Warranties

All services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

We do not warrant that our services will meet all of your requirements or that the results of any service will be error-free.

Vehicle Release and Liability

By leaving your vehicle with us, you authorize Apache Sands Service Center, Inc. to perform the agreed-upon services. You remain responsible for collecting your vehicle in a timely manner after service completion.

Vehicles left uncollected for more than 30 days after notification of completion may be subject to storage fees. Vehicles left uncollected for more than 90 days may be disposed of in accordance with Arizona state law regarding abandoned vehicles.

Intellectual Property

Our website and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Apache Sands Service Center, Inc. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our website content without our express written permission.

User Obligations

When using our website or services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and truthful information
  • Not use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Not interfere with or disrupt our operations
  • Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or data
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. Your continued use of our website or services after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Apache Sands Service Center, Inc. regarding your use of our website and services.
